| Fund Raising Information Berkeley High School has a rich and robust athletic program that has grown to more than 60 teams in 28 varsity sports! These teams are comprised of about 1,100 student-athletes—about 1/3 of the total BHS student body. The Berkeley Athletic Fund (BAF) was formed in 1985 in response to budgetary cutbacks. BAF is made up of parents of athletes–current and alumni–and community members who share a special interest in supporting Berkeley High School’s sports program. We have been raising funds ever since 1985 to supplement the BHS Athletic Program, and now we are needed to keep the program at its current level. |

| Fund Raising Opportunities The Berkeley Athletic Fund (BAF) is a nonprofit organization (Tax ID 94-3006966) and ALL of your donation will go directly to the BHS Athletic Program. Direct Donations - You can send a donation directly to the Berkeley Athletic Fund. You have the option to designate it to the team of your choice, just let us know which team when you send in your donation. You can send your donations directly to: Berkeley Athletic Fund, P.O. Box 11525, Berkeley, CA 94712. Other opportunities eScrip - BHS Development Group gives BAF 25% of the proceeds from eScrip. Please sign up and help out BHS. Parking Lot - Athletic teams staffing the BHS parking lots (old tennis courts) on Friday and Saturday evenings, as well as Cal football games. Your contribution goes directly to the team and BHS Athletics. Wearables - In need of BHS black hoodie or PJ bottoms, check out our stock. New Athletic Hall of Fame - This is our third year for the new Athletic Hall of Fame. The Induction Ceremony is Saturday, May 2nd, 11 am - 1 pm in Donahue Gym. Our new Golf Tournament is Friday, May 1st at Tilden Golf course. Join us for the festivities. |
