A student who, while in high school, received athletic honors such as All League, Most Valuable Player, All State or All American. 3)A minimum two year varsity athlete who completed both seasons in *good standing. *An athlete in “good standing” is one who completed the season by remaining eligible and neither quit or was removed from the team. 4)A person of outstanding character and leadership both during high school and after graduation. 5)Successful participation in college or professional athletics or a very high level of competition offered in his or her sport. or A significant contributor to his or her community Special Category 1)Retired person who has served Berkeley High for ten or more years. 2)Exemplary coaching accomplishments and record. 3)Extraordinary citizen and leader. 4)Strong contribution to the overall athletic program.
