1.  Are tryouts just for one day?  No, Monday August 16th is the first
day of the season, so it is also the first day of practice.  Expect to
practice Monday - Friday until the season
is over in October or
November.

2. Do all fall sports have limited spaces on the teams?    No, some
are limited and some are not.  If there are limited spaces on a
team, the coaches will make cuts to meet that number.  For instances,
there are limited spaces on the girls volleyball teams, even with a
varsity, jv and freshman team, so the coaches will be making cuts at
each level. However, cross country does not have limited spaces and
cuts will not be made.

3. Do I have to go all practices?    Yes, it is expected that as a BHS
student athlete, you will be serious about your sport and attend the
practices.  If you cannot, you must let your coach know that you are
going to miss and why.

4. How do I contact the coach?      You will  get that  information on
Monday, August 16th.

5. What do I bring to the coach?      (a) a completed  athletic  packet,
including physical signed by a physician.  Packets are available at the
BHS Administrative Office or at the BHS Athletic Director Office next to
Donahue Gym.  (b) work out clothes appropriate for the sport
